HearthSoft LLC ("HearthSoft," "we," "us," or "our") operates SellMaestro, an internal tool used solely to run its own affiliated business, Montessori Marbles (montessorimarbles.com). SellMaestro has no external users, customers, or subscribers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the tool handles and how.

1. Information We Handle

SellMaestro does not collect information from any external users, because it has none. It handles only data belonging to Montessori Marbles' own business:

  • Platform data: Data we authorize the tool to access from our own accounts on connected platforms — such as Shopify, Etsy, TeachersPayTeachers, Google, and Pinterest. This includes our own order data (amounts, dates, product details) and our own Pinterest content and analytics (our pins, boards, and performance metrics for our own account).
  • Customer data from our own storefronts: Where a connected platform provides data about our storefronts' customers (for example, customer email addresses used to exclude store owners from sales metrics), that data is our own business's data, obtained through our own accounts.

2. How We Use This Information

The tool uses this information only to operate Montessori Marbles' own business — publishing our own product content, managing our own storefronts, and reviewing analytics for our own accounts. It is not used for any other purpose.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell any information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that operate the tool's infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and backups), or where required by law.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored in a single-tenant environment used only for Montessori Marbles' own business. It is not combined with data from any other business.

Where a connected platform's terms prohibit storing particular content or data, that data is accessed on demand rather than stored. For example, Pinterest pin and board content is retrieved live from the Pinterest API rather than warehoused; permitted analytics may be retained. Backups with point-in-time recovery are provided through our infrastructure partner, Cloudflare.

For Shopify: we honor Shopify's mandatory data-deletion webhooks. If SellMaestro is uninstalled from a Shopify store, the corresponding store data is deleted accordingly.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

The tool uses only essential cookies to maintain sessions and preferences. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
