Internal Tool Notice — SellMaestro

SellMaestro is internal software operated by HearthSoft LLC for the sole benefit of its own affiliated business, Montessori Marbles (montessorimarbles.com). It is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available to any third party. It has no external users, customers, or subscribers.

1. Purpose

SellMaestro exists only to help operate Montessori Marbles' own online storefronts and marketing. It connects to third-party platforms — such as Shopify, Etsy, TeachersPayTeachers, Google, and Pinterest — solely to manage Montessori Marbles' own accounts and content on those platforms. For example, it publishes Montessori Marbles' own product pins to its own Pinterest boards and retrieves analytics for its own Pinterest account.

2. No External Users

Because SellMaestro is internal, there are no accounts to register, no subscriptions, and no fees. This notice exists only to document the nature and scope of the software, not to govern a relationship with any user.

3. Third-Party Platform Data

Your use of each connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service. SellMaestro accesses only Montessori Marbles' own data on those platforms and uses it only to operate Montessori Marbles' own business.

Data is stored in a single-tenant environment. It is not combined with data from any other business, and it is not shared with or sold to any third party. Where a platform's terms prohibit storing particular content or data, that data is accessed on demand rather than stored — for example, Pinterest pin and board content is retrieved live rather than warehoused, while permitted analytics may be retained.

4. Data Handling and Retention

Data retrieved from connected platforms is handled as described in the Montessori Marbles Privacy Policy. Backups with point-in-time recovery are provided through our infrastructure partner, Cloudflare.
